Public peering, private VLANs and remote peering, on one STLIX port.

  • Public peering

    With St. Louis Internet Exchange, you can use our switching fabric to peer with other STLIX participants through a single connection. Our route servers make it easy to exchange routing information with a wide variety of STLIX participants.

  • Private VLAN

    A Private VLAN on STLIX lets you exchange traffic with select participants who are also members of your private VLAN. This allows for the partitioning of traffic with separated broadcast domains, and allows the private exchange of data with other participants.

  • Remote peering

    Our remote peering service allows STLIX participants to peer on our partner internet exchanges in other regions. For a small fee, STLIX delivers to the current customer's port a VLAN that enables peering to the remote site.
